Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Brivoy (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Brivoy.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information when you register, whether by email/password or through Google sign-in.
- You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
- You must be old enough to legally use online services in your country to create an account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are fraudulent or abusive.
Submitting products
- You confirm that you have the right to submit a product, its name, logo, images, and description, and that the content doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.
- Submissions must be genuine — no fake products, misleading claims, or attempts to manipulate votes, ratings, or comments (including through fake accounts).
- We may remove, pause, or reject any submission that violates these Terms or our content guidelines, at our discretion.
Community conduct
When voting, commenting, rating, or messaging on Brivoy, don't post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, spammy, or infringes on someone else's intellectual property. We may remove content or restrict accounts that don't follow this.
Paid features
Featured/Promoted slots and Pro subscriptions are paid features processed through PayPal, billed according to the plan you select at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date; cancelling stops future charges but doesn't refund the current paid period, which stays active until it ends.
Communications
We'll send you transactional emails needed to operate your account (verification, password resets, activity notifications). If you agreed to marketing emails at signup, you can unsubscribe at any time from Account settings or via the link in any marketing email, without affecting transactional emails.
Intellectual property
Brivoy's own branding, design, and code are our property or that of our licensors. Content you submit remains yours, but by posting it you grant us a license to display and distribute it as part of the Service.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Brivoy is provided "as is." We don't guarantee the accuracy of listed products, and we're not liable for third-party products, links, or services you access through the Service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new effective date; continuing to use Brivoy after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
